Clear sky and dancing, swirling northern lights over our heads 27-08-24
The clear sky gave us the first treat of our safari, what a sunset to
watch as we headed out into the wilderness. At our viewing location we
had some time around the fire while the bright end of day light faded,
however before the sky could get truly dark the first streaks of the
northern lights appeared above us. The few pale streaks grew brighter
and brighter and danced rapidly straight above us. Wow the show just
kept getting better and better, it filled the whole sky. What a night to
share with our oh so lucky guests, you just never know what you might
see on our safaris.
