After a cloudy day with wind and rain only the wind stayed with us through
the night. The sky began to clear as we made our way out of town to our
hill top viewing spot, the rain had already stopped before we left town.
Luckily not all the cloud cleared away but there was a clear slot through
the cloud which allowed us to watch the sun drift lower as it moved around
to the north for the midnight moment. We drank a toast at this moment in
golden sunlight and watched as the sun light up the thin cloud from
underneath flooding the sky with orange and golden light, with a little
pink in the south.
After a cloudy day the sunny night amazed the clients, who had begun to
assume the worst, a fantastic night for all of us.
