The hazy dark sky suddenly brightened, with curly lines and squiggles appearing. The northern lights were creating a crazy lighting effect behind the the cloud, the curly lines so clearly visible though. We waited for their return, gathered around the fire, there was time to share our Lappish shamanism, what secrets were revealed tonight, such fun and laughter in the light of the fire. Another magical night on our hill top.
