The cloudy sky gradually began to clear from the south east, soon many
bright stars were sparkling in the sky over our heads. As the cloud
retreated, conveniently after the food and warm drinks we were outside
watching the cloud retreat when tall pillars of light gave away the
location of the northern lights tonight. The pillars of light reaching
up out of the thinning cloud moving as the brightness changed, a moment
to savor for our visitors tonight just to prove to us all you never know
what will happen on these safaris.
