Huge moose and northern lights on our tour tonight 08-10-23 October 17, 2023

Tonight as we made our way out into the wilderness we spotted a huge
male moose standing in a field beside the road, he stood still so we had
chance to shine the car lights on him so we could all see how
magnificent these animals can be. We stopped on the way to our viewing
location to get our first pictures of the northern lights. Once at our
hill top viewing spot we simply had to watch the arc of the northern
lights reaching across the sky to the north getting brighter. It was a
photographers night, so much time to take pictures and enjoy the perfect
sky. We saw 3 shooting stars so some wishes made, you never know what
mother nature will let you see when you are out in the wilderness.
