Katkavaara – Snowmobile Safari to Reindeer and Husky Farm

Experience all in one safari! Enjoy driving snowmobiles across beautiful landscapes of Lapland reaching a reindeer farm in the wilds. Meet traditionally dressed reindeer herders and have a sleigh ride on special track. Obtain your personal reindeer driving license as a memory and listen to the interesting stories about reindeers and wilderness life while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.

After the reindeer farm, we jump back on our snowmobiles and drive again through snowy landscape and wilds to a husky farm. There we will meet lovely and fluffy huskies and people living at the farm. We make a little barbeque there for lunch and then we may set on a husky sleigh for a 2 km ride trough the wilderness. The dogs are really friendly and eager to run. At the husky farm you might see puppies as well.

After the husky farm it is time to start the snowmobiles once again and drive back to our park.

Guiding, transfers to the start place and back and all equipment, winter clothing and boots, husky dog and reindeer sleigh rides and light lunch are included.
