A perfectly timed Auroras night 25/03/2018

Our trip started with a pale display of northern lights on our first stop of the night. The lights only made a short guest appearance at this point. We just got up our site, when a great show was about to start slowly but continuously it got better and better. At some point we saw some really spectacular polar lights. Our beloved “old lady” called Aurora showed herself from her prettiest side this night. Great movements were visible, and even a little bit of red color was visible. Just when we were about to head back to town, the lights got more and more pale, and the sky got slowly covered in clouds.
