Tonight our trip was blessed with such powerful northern lights, we even got an opportunity to photograph them reflected on the mirror smooth Kemi river. The show was too good to miss so we stopped to watch this first
very bright display, we continued when it had calmed down. The lights remained pale but filled the whole sky for the rest of our journey out to our destination, they restrained themselves while we walked up our hill in the wilderness. But when we got to the top then the northern lights came back with force, what a show we got. The whole landscape and our little hill top was illuminated with green light from the northern lights overhead. The display filled the sky so our pictures were of details that stood out for their shape or brightness, what a night we had tonight!
