The full Snow Moon lived up to its name 17.02.2022

Once we arrived to our viewing spot tonight the moon was visible, peering at us through the cloud. The cloud looked quite thin from time to time, however the light snow fall just kept drifting down. The fire was soon sending out its familiar welcoming warm light and as soon as the northern lights creation had been explained, we gathered around the fire. Time for an introduction into our Lappish shamanism, our futures revealed. As always, some laughter and surprise as this experience gives a story for our guests to take home with them, something to think back on. The sausages were particularly noisy tonight, shall we say, and our guests were hungry but soon satisfied. You just can’t beat good company, a shared experience in the light from the birch wood fire.
