Safari in the far north!
ARRIVAL DAY
Arrival in Ivalo airport. Transfer to the hotel. Receiving winter adventure clothing and other equipment. Dinner buffet.
THE SECOND DAY
Breakfast in the hotel. We start driving from Ivalo, the biggest village far north in Finnish Lapland. During the day we drive on Inari lake and enjoy the lunch in Inari sami village and end up to comfortable cottages in Kaamanen. Sauna and dinner in their restaurant. Driving distance about 120 km.
THE THIRD DAY
Breakfast. The safari continues across the treeless fell area. The lunch we enjoy on the fells in a comfortable wooden teepee. The safari ends up to Nuorgam or Tana, just at the border of Finland and Norway. Impressive scenery on the way. Dinner and overnight in a small village.
THE FOURTH DAY
Breakfast. King Crab fishing day at the Barents Sea. Impressive scenery and experience on the Ice Sea. King Crab fishing from boat and lunch. Overnight in the same village far north.
THE FIFTH DAY
Breakfast. Today the challenge is long driving distance across the highest fells and crossing lake Inari from north. Lots of impressive sites and lunch on the way. Lake Inari is by the local ancients legends “as long as deep”. And it is 100 km long and has got thousands of islands. The safari ends up back to Ivalo where we enjoy sauna and hotel accommodation.
THE SIXTH DAY
Breakfast and transfer to Ivalo airport.

Snowmobiling gear; Helmet, snowmobiling suit, shoes, gloves. Snowmobile rental and fuel, motor vehicle insurance, organiser’s liability insurance. Guide services, services in English. Accommodations in cottages and hotels like in the program, breakfasts and dinners at the places of accommodation, snacks on the tracks. Local transfers. Accommodation, all meals and professional guiding.
PRICING
2990 € / adult, solo driving snowmobiles. Overnight in a glass igloo by additional price.
For groups min 4 we offer all starting days in March. Solo travelers can join the group.
