The night of the snowman. 09.02.2020

We arrived to our wilderness location to notice that our little hill top was fighting the cloud and trying to rip it open, the moon light showing
up the thinner patches of clouds. We used the trees to shield us from the wind and watched the gaps in the cloud trying to open up while the northern lights were explained. The firelight through the windows of the kohta was so inviting, soon we were sitting around the fire cooking our food while listening to stories about Lapland. While we were enjoying the fireside warmth the guide on lookout was making a snowman in the fresh snow, creating the chance to gather with him for a group picture, his smiling sausage mouth fitted the mood perfectly. Well done Emilia!
