What a welcome to our viewing location tonight 04-09-24
Tonight we arrived to our viewing location to see directly overhead
streaks of blue northern lights reaching up into space. Wow what a
welcome we thought but sadly the show was short lived and the northern
lights disappeared back into the still bright twilight. It took quite a
while for the twilight to fade enough to reveal what was left of the
northern lights activity. A wide pale arc of the northern lights reached
across the sky, just a white colour to the eye but through the camera
the northern lights were red. Some very beautiful moments were wetness
tonight as we watched and hoped for some brighter version of the
northern lights.
