A few false alarms but then the northern lights show began. 29-09-24
The pale fuzzy arc of the northern lights was visible to us from our
first stop on our way out into the wilderness. At our viewing location
we watched as the northern lights began to brighten but then the
brighter streaks of light faded back into the fuzzy arc. A few false
alarms as it looked like the northern lights were about to do something
dramatic, but no our guests returned around the fire. Then the last call
to come out to watch actually resulted in a dramatic display of the
northern lights above our heads. Wow so much to watch, which way to
look, what an experience to take home as a memory, a truly fantastic
night.
