The setting crescent moon was our early evening companion, the northern lights also were there to help brighten this perfect dark sky. The moon was hiding in the tree tops leaving us to watch the northern lights as they reached further south in perfect conditions. The tall streaks of light reaching ever higher into space while pushing south towards us. What an incredible experience to stand and watch this moment in nature!
