Our first stop tonight on our way out into the wilderness was perfectly
timed, the northern lights arc above us changed into tall dancing
pillars of light reaching up into space as we watched. What a moment in
nature to witness from directly below. The sky was bright at our hill
top viewing spot, the northern lights filled the sky above with a green
glow, so much light from the northern lights illuminating Lapland
tonight. From time to time tall fuzzy pillars of light reached up into
the stars above us, how lucky we were to see this
