As we stood watching the northern lights a shooting star cut all the way across the top of the northern lights. The shooting star just kept going without burning out. What a chance to make a wish! As so often the northern lights waited for everyone to be in around the fire before giving their best effort. But we got everyone out to watch and we had our camera focused on the task all along.
