We had to hurry to our first stopping spot, but wow, what we saw when we got there! 12.02.2022 February 12, 2022

Tonight just as we left the last street lighting behind us the northern lights were visible in the sky above us, we had to hurry to the first spot we could stop to watch them. But luck was on our side, the lights just kept getting brighter once we arrived, While the sky was full of northern lights it was urgent to get cameras set up and get those all important pictures of our visitors with the northern lights behind them. The northern lights just kept on filling the sky with curving lines and bright patches of light moving along the arc of the northern lights. What a night, and when we returned to town we once again had to stop at the same spot to watch more northern lights, the perfect way of ending a northern lights safari!
