Wow, what a journey out into the wilderness 14.01.22. January 14, 2022

We hurried to our first possible stopping place, the northern lights rippling across the sky above us on our journey. We arrived and the northern lights just kept coming strong, every time I suggested we move on, another brighter burst of activity rippled across the sky above us. As we watched, the northern lights crept further south in the sky, no one noticed the moon. What a show we got! Then, when we did get moving, we again had to stop to watch spectacular picket fence auroras directly overhead. What a night we have had under the spell of Lapland!
